Ugandan internet sensation Christine Nampeera is taking her voice to the global stage literally.
Nampeera has officially landed a podcast deal with Glitch Africa, a Nigerian media powerhouse known for producing some of West Africa’s most popular shows. The upcoming podcast, titled 3 Truths No Lies, will see Nampeera co-hosting alongside Kenya’s outspoken content creator King Kalala and fitness influencer Frankie JustGymIt.
The first episode drops May 16, and from the sneak peek already released, it’s clear this won’t be your average sit-and-chat kind of show. Expect raw truths, vulnerable stories, and some tough conversations.
In the emotional trailer, Nampeera opens up about the scandalous private video that catapulted her into viral fame but also pushed her to the edge. She shares how the experience affected her mental health, saying, “People thought I was okay, but I wasn’t. I wasn’t okay at all.” The moment is unfiltered and deeply human offering a side of Nampeera most haven’t seen.
While many know her for her bold presence online, Nampeera is also a software engineer graduate. Earlier this year, she launched a YouTube podcast but the project fizzled out possibly due to her jet-setting lifestyle. This new partnership, however, feels bigger, bolder, and more intentional.
Glitch Africa, the production house behind the podcast, is known for shaping Africa’s digital entertainment scene through viral podcasts, live shows, and music promotions. They’ve previously worked with Ugandan breakout star Joshua Baraka, among others.
Nampeera’s co-hosts bring their own fire. King Kalala, born Prudence Chepkirui in Eldoret, Kenya, is a sharp-tongued content queen and former NRG Radio presenter with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from JKUAT. Meanwhile, Frankie JustGymIt is a fitness influencer and lifestyle coach with a massive East African following.
Together, the trio promises to deliver unfiltered conversations that cut across culture, fame, relationships, healing, and truth.
