Ugandan rap royalty Navio isn’t here for petty beef he’s here for the bag.

In a recent media chat, the Njogereza hitmaker boldly declared that he’s open to battling fellow lyrical titan GNL Zamba but only if there’s money on the table. No drama. No ego. Just bars for bills.

“If a promoter steps up with the cash and wants to see us go bar-for-bar, I’m game,” Navio said, cool as ever. “Weddings, corporate events I’ve done it all. I’ll battle anyone for the right price.”

Navio’s not new to the battlefield either. Just last month, he and his rap squad headed up North for two back-to-back rap clashes with Judah Rap Knowledge De Akbar and yes, it was in front of one of the most gangster crowds in the region.

“No rapper in my league would do that. But for the love of hip-hop and the squad, I put my brand on the line. Most rappers today, They’re too scared to take those kinds of risks,” he said.

And if you thought he was limiting the smoke to just GNL, think again.

“I’d battle Chameleone, Bien from Sauti Sol, or whoever no fear, as long as it makes business sense,” he added.

Because for Navio, it’s bars over beef and money over ego.
Let the promoters cook. The mic is hot, and he’s ready to spit.
